Rally: A value is set on work items that don't appear in revision history

Issue/Introduction

There is a value set on my work item that does not appear in revision history.  How can that be?

Resolution

If a value is set during the initial creation of the work item, it is included in revision 0 Original Revision.

If a value is later added, changed or deleted, then it is specifically noted in a new revision.
