Issue/Introduction

We are seeing an issue where an event/alarm will be generated and then cleared only to have the same exact event/alarm reasserted sometimes 1 - 2 days later.

Cause

The Trap Director was enabled on all landscapes. The Trap Director is typically only enabled on one landscape where all devices send their traps.

Resolution

After disabling the Trap Director on all but one of the landscape, the issue stopped occurring.
