Investment Object Attribute Not Showing Up On Status Report

Issue/Introduction

Attribute created on Investment Object is not showing up on Status Report Object

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Administration
2. Go to Objects
3. Go to Investments
4. Create attribute (Ex: Data type - 'Number')
5. Go to Modern UX
6. Projects - Status
7. Search for attribute created

Expected Results: Attribute should show up on search on Status Report Object

Actual results: Attribute is not showing up

 

Workaround: You can create a Virtual Attribute on Status Report Object where Master Object is Investment and select the attribute.

 

Note: The attribute shows up in the Status Report workspace

Resolution

• This is working as per design, only the attributes create on the status report object comes up in the column panel/configure widgets section. 
• In Status Reports Workspace, the attributes from status reports object, investments object and any other concrete investment object (project/idea) which has status reports configured and created.
