How does PDSMAN know that PMO is running in the system?

Resolution

PDSMAN detects the presence of PMO in the system by scanning the SVC table for the BLDL SVC ( SVC 18). PDSMAN looks for code that PMO places in the SVC table. So the message is issued based on PMO being started at some point during the IPL.
