Action Items module localization

Issue/Introduction

The No Action Items string of the Action Items module is not properly translated into supported languages.

This happens with any blueprint that hosts the Action Items module

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Login to Clarity MUX
2. Administration > Blueprints > Get a custom project-related blueprint
3. Add the Action Items module to the blueprint.
4. Associate an existing project to the above blueprint.
5. Open the project and get to the Action Items module
6. When no Action Items exist, the module says: No Action Items
7. Change the user language to Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, German, Japanese, French

Expected Results: The string to be translated properly
Actual Results: The string is not translated properly: [es: ñ No Action Items ó][[BAAB0]]

Currently broken translations:
[es: ñ No Action Items ó][[BAAB0]]
[de: ä No Action Items ß][[BAAB0]]
[fr: à No Action Items è][[BAAB0]]
[it: à No Action Items è][[BAAB0]]
[pt: ç No Action Items õ][[BAAB0]]
[ja: 表 No Action Items 場][[BAAB0]]

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.2.2
