Possibility to view someone else's quarantine after after obtaining a "view" link and a "release" link from the spam notification.

SMG 10.7.x 10.8.x

Resolution

Reported issue was resolved in the 10.9 version, where You can decide if the link from the quarantine notification bypass user login or not.
