Issue/Introduction

Duplicate entries are seen on Rally adapter field mapping for custom fields in ConnectAll 3.3.0.2

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Create an automation between Rally and another system in 3.3.0.2 version
2. In Rally, create a new custom field (I tested on dropdown and string type)
3. After creating the field in Rally, check the Field Mapping in the Rally Adapter field mapping and see that the name displays 2 times

Expected Results: 
The Field Mapping should populate the values of the field without duplication

 

Actual Results:
The field is duplicated in the Rally Field Mapping
