Secure renegotiation not supported on Access Gateway

Issue/Introduction

Secure Renegotiation is shown as supported in lower environments, but is showing as not supported in production.  Access Gateway is configured the same in both environments.

Environment

12.8.x Access Gateway, Any OS platform.

Cause

Settings on the production load balancer were causing the difference.

Resolution

Work with the network team to make sure the load balancer is not disabling Secure Renegotiation.
