Are VC++ redistributables needed when installing SCM v14.5?

Issue/Introduction

Is it mandatory to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable (x86) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable (x86 and x86_64) on the Windows system where HARVEST SCM will be installed?

Environment

Harvest Software Change Manager v14.5

Resolution

For some previous versions of Harvest SCM, separate installation of the correspoinding Visual C++ redistributables was necessary, but for SCM v14.5 they are included with the installation.  Separate installation is not necessary for v14.5.
