Issue/Introduction

Received this email about ASM sub account, Followed the instructions and got this error after setting the new password

Error 

Token is not correct please use new token sent by the email

 

Resolution

The token is only good for 1 hour. Thus it is expected error. Send a new reset password link via ASM master account.
