Issue/Introduction

Under Identity Portal, the Universes is not loading after login

Environment

Identity Portal 14.4 CP2 

Cause

This is due to IDM user ID not matching with IG Login ID.

Resolution

Use Main Connector user id as Connector Login Source on IG connector
