OPMS installation successful with errors

Issue/Introduction

Installed the ASM OPMS. The ASM UI on-premise showing status as Broken.  Received following at the end of installation.

✓ All images were downloaded properly

==> Starting application components ...

 ✓ All components were started

==> Finishing instalation ...

 ✓ Saving cache data

==> Verify installation ...

 ! Some services are not running properly.

==> Installation status

    Installation completed successfully, happy monitoring...

Resolution

Uninstalled and Reinstalled OPMS resolved the issue.
