Running SYSVIEW commands in batch

Issue/Introduction

Is there any way to run thousands of commands to SYSVIEW? Is it possible to use a batch job? If so, is there any way to use a dataset for the commands input?

 

Environment

SYSVIEW 16.0 & 17.0 - z/OS supported releases - 

Resolution

SYSVIEW commands can be run in batch (via GSVXBAT program) and a SYSIN dataset can be used to store the command being executed.
