Polling Status: Unknown error in Data Collector

Issue/Introduction

Although the DC is up and Active, the Polling Status is showing Unknown as seen below:

Environment

Version: Any

Component: DC

Cause

In this instance, the date/time between the DA and the DC were not in sync. They we off by more than 2 minutes.

Resolution

Synced the time between the DA and DC.
