Rest calls to UIM Oracle database are failing with ORA-06550

Issue/Introduction

Get the following error when trying to perform a rest call to UIM

Failed to retrieve QoS data: ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00306: wrong number or types of arguments in call to 'SPN_GETQOSDATA'
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored

Example call:

GET   http://<UIM host with webservices_rest>/rest/qos/data/name/QOS_CPU_USAGE/<device>/<device>/lasthour/now/0

Environment

Version: UIM 20.4 CU10
Component: webservices_rest package

Resolution

webservices_rest 20.5.1 T1 attached will resolve this.

Additional Information

This problem is also present in CU9, but CU10 needs to be applied prior to application of this update.
