How to generate the Attribute Mapping using a response body with the Connector XPress 2.0

Issue/Introduction

This article describe the steps to generate the Attribute Mapping using a response body file with the Connector XPress 2.0

Environment

Identity Manager 14.4

Connector XPress 2.0

Resolution

1. Open Connector XPress 2.0 UI
2. Select "Configure Application"

 

 

3. Select the "Custom Types" tab as shown below

4. Scroll down and from Compound Type click the Add button

5. The new section will be displayed, "Attribute Mapping for compound data type"
6. Click the Generate button

7. A new window will open and you need to copy the response body in the "JSON to Generate Attribute Mapping"
8. If you have no error in the JSON body, click on the "Generate Mapping" button
9. From the generated mapping, set the attributes as you need.
10. Click the "Add To List" button
