Can't change the role of user in Bridge for Git

Issue/Introduction

Getting error "User 'userid' is a mainframe developer; role cannot be updated." when updating role from role "MF Developer" to "Mapping Administrator" in Bridge for Git.

is that an expected behavior ?

Environment

Endevor Bridge for Git version 2.15.0 

Cause

"MF Developers" stands for users who have not yet logged in to Bridge for Git. Because of that,  the privileges/role can not be updated.

Resolution

Once the MF Developer user logs in, the default role (Developer) is assigned and can be changed to another role, i.e. Mapping Administrator.
So this is working as intended.
