LiveUpdate launches after the Linux Agent service starts, but the event is not logged

Issue/Introduction

LiveUpdate starts immediately after SEP service starts, and the execution is recorded in SISIDSEvents.csv or ICDm's activity history, however there is no record of it in lux.log. 

Environment

SEP LINUX Agent 14.3 RU8

Cause

LiveUpdate is not actually running, hence no record in lux.log.
The records in SISIDSEvents.csv and SAEPRTEvents.csv are incorrect and misleading. 

Resolution

This issue is fixed in 14.3 RU9, LiveUpdate launches after the Linux Agent service starts, but the event is not logged in Lux.log
