PAM Client is not updating after upgrading to PAM 4.1.7

Issue/Introduction

PAM Admin upgraded to PAM 4.1.7, when connecting to the newly installed version via our PAM Client, they get the following error:

Carbon Black App Control blocked an attempt by capamclient.exe to run utils-win-64.dll because the file is not approved

Environment

PAM 4.1.7

Resolution

Carbon Black admin approved the execution of utils-win-64.dll, which helps us determine if our PAM client is running on a 64-bit/32-bit hardware.  This needs to successfully run for us to update our PAM Client.
