Unable to run Reporter reports and open Reporter Admin Console from Management Center
Environment
When you go to Reports > Reporter and try to run any report (e.g. Sites). The page comes blank (no reports). The Reporter Status is healthy. When you try to connect to Reporter via Reporter Admin Console (Launch Console), that also come blank (no access to RPAC).
Cause
If you are using Internet Explorer to manage Management Center, most of the pages seem to work but generating report and connecting to RPAC do not work anymore. Reporter reports used to work fine in Internet Explorer, however, Internet Explorer is already end-of-life so IE Browser is no longer tested and supported.
Resolution
The solution is to use supported Browsers like Chrome, Firefox and Edge. Old Browser like Internet Explorer is no longer tested and supported.
