Issue/Introduction

 MoM and WebView are running but the Collector EM doesn´t connect with the MoM

Environment

APM 10.8

Cause

Network Issue 

Resolution

Identified that the issue was a NTP synchronization error.

 

Solved the NTP Sync problem and the Collector is connected to Mom and  reporting
