Harweb.dfo exists but still DB credentials not working

Issue/Introduction

Harweb.dfo exists but still DB credentials not working. Have to manually enter the credentials in harweb.cfg to make it work.

Environment

Harvest SCM 14.5 

Resolution

1.Generate the dfo file with the below command or take the path of the already existing harweb.dfo 
svrenc  -f harweb.dfo  -dir “<harweb-home>\WEB-INF”

2.Open the harweb.cfg file and add a parameter -eh like below.
-eh="path to harweb.dfo" file

This way we can ensure that we need not type in -user and -password and we just need to re-generate dfo whenever credentials change.
