Issue while calling Twilio REST Api from Policy Xpress to send SMS to end user, preemptive auth sends no debug or error message to server.log

Issue/Introduction

Rest call made from policy xpress when using TEST says its ok (which means that address is working), but when it triggers we see no message in server.log if Authentication Method is set to preemptive

We see in tcpdump that packets are sent to proper address.

We can set incorrect password/username and it still shows no error in server.log

If we set the Authentication Method to raw we see errors in the log.

Environment

Identity Manager 14.4 CP2, 14.5

Resolution

1. Workaround: change Authentication Method to raw.

2. Hotfixes provided, please ask support to provide you with files.
