Risk/Issue/Change data migration from Projects to CIT for Programs via XOG

Issue/Introduction

We moved our Classic Programs to MUX as CIT and now we have need to migrate data from Classic Projects (w/ Program flag checked) Risk/Issue/Change and other sub-objects to Programs CIT. We tried this w/ one Risk XOG by changing XML attribute from projectCode="P1235678" to projectCode="PRG12345".

But instead or migrating, it created a new record with same Risk code="R00012345", on Investment CIT level and existing Classic Program level record remained intact.

Let us know how can we achieve this data migration.

Resolution

XOG does not have a concept of migrating where it will detach instances of let's say Risk and move them over to another investment type and delete them from original instance.
