Interface metric family not supported on device

Issue/Introduction

The Interface Metric Family is applied to the device via a Monitoring Profile but shows Not Supported.

Environment

DX Netops Performance Management all versions.

Cause

Device is returning no OIDs for MIB-II interface or ifXtable MIBs.

This was confirmed using sapwalk2 to walk the device MIB.

Resolution

If the device should return data from these MIBs this would need to be addressed by the device vendor.
