No Entities in DX OI SAAS Monitored Inventory

Issue/Introduction

There are no entries in the Monitored inventory tab of our Tenant.

I don't find any issue with apm_bridge , or UIM hub Queues which are responsible for inventory ingestion. No issue with OI_Connector as well.

Even the inventory data from Solarwinds is also not showing up and there is no problem with restmon connector as well.

 

Resolution

• Restmon Connector restart helped bring back SolarWinds entries.
• Deactivated the apm_bridge  probe, made sure that existing cache and store folders are renamed. So on activation new cache and store folders are created with full Topology and Computer System cache.
•  Remove the apmgraph_chunksize parameter from inventory_service
