Issue/Introduction

While I am trying to add a device in rsp probe I am getting the below messages in the log file:

Mar 27 13:18:15:553 [82400] rsp: The RPC server is unavailable.

Environment

  • DX UIM Version: 20.45
  • rsp probe: 5.51

Resolution

The customer deployed version 5.56 version of the rsp probe and it resolved the issue for those devices that were throwing the error in the log:

Error = The RPC server is unavailable in the log file. 

Once the rsp probe was upgraded to v5.56, the devices were successfully added.
