Alarm filter with an underscore does not produce results

Issue/Introduction

Have a system that has an underscore in the name. When searching for part of the name on either side of the underscore it will return results. If the search included the underscore it will return no results.

Environment

Version: 20.4+
Component: Operator Console, Alarm Manager

Resolution

This will be fixed in CU11 for 20.4, and CU2 for 23.4.
