Importing Custom Investments or Projects from CSV fails with error: attribute(s) are not supported

Issue/Introduction

You are trying to import a custom investment from CSV.  The values in the CSV are all correct.  However, you receive the following error.

 

Environment

Clarity 16.2.1

Cause

This is a limitation with "Import from CSV."

The following data types are not supported: Rich Text/Long String, OBS, Picklist, Attachment, URL, Parameterized, and Static Dependent Lookups.

Resolution

Please check the attributes on your Custom Investment or Project object to ensure that any attributes are not Rich Text/Long String, OBS, Picklist, Attachment, URL, Parameterized, or Static Dependent Lookups.
