VIP Password Tool will not run without error in EGW 9.11.x

Issue/Introduction

When trying to use the VIP Enterprise Gateway Password Tool, the password tool will not run and gives the below error:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/verisign/cmf/log/log4j/VsLog4JLogger
                at com.verisign.mauth.conf.auth.RealmManager.<init>(RealmManager.java:21)
                at com.verisign.mauth.PasswordTool.main(PasswordTool.java:38)

Environment

VIP Enterprise Gateway 9.11.0

Cause

The tool needs to be updated

Resolution

Download and apply the attached patch to EGW 9.11.0

This hotfix will be automatically rolled into EGW version 9.11.1
