Issue/Introduction
An attempt to upgrade devices to with Application control from Ivanti has caused devices to return some of the features as disabled or malfunctioning.
Cause
Ivanti Application Control causes parts of the upgrade to not complete, leaving the client in a half-upgraded state.
Resolution
The following steps can be used to resolve the issue:
- Disable Ivanti Application Control.
- Reboot the system.
- Enable Ivanti Application Control.
