Why would an error like "Error installing iKernel.exe: (0xa00)" occur when trying to install Aion 9.1?

Release: 9.1 
Component: Aion-Business Rules-Advanced Builder Option

Resolution

It is most likely that the current user of Windows is trying to install Aion 9.1, as a user without any administrative permissions. Either log onto Windows as an administrator (or a member of the Administrators group), or have Aion 9.1 be installed by a member of the administrators group.
