Error messages owls_api_cache_read appearing in universe.log after upgrading to 7.0.21

Issue/Introduction

Since the upgrade of DUAS nodes to 7.00.21, the universe.log is now filled with the following kind of error messages in universe.log, referencing Groups that have nothing to do with the Dollar Universe nodes:
