Issue/Introduction

Noticed postgres metrics stopped reporting. You see that from App side, it is collecting metrics and waiting to post them. 
 
[INFO] [IntroscopeAgent.DBMonitor] Waiting for EM connection to be up, sleeping for 30 seconds

Resolution

After the restart of the APMIA pod, the metrics are started reporting.
