Logging in via EEM server is failing: EE_NOTALLOWED Operation not allowed

Issue/Introduction

The user defined in AAI application on EEM server cannot log in. 

 

Error messge:

EE_NOTALLOWED Operation not allowed

Environment

Product: Automation Analytics & Intelligence, eEM Server

Cause

Permission issue on the eEM server.

Resolution

The user needs to be added in "Scoping Policies" -> Administer objects -> Indentities as shown below.
