Stratup error for DR node

Issue/Introduction
When attempting to 'recover' a DR node we saw the following error
"Startup not succesful. Printing errors collected from startup log"
(Printing exhaustive errors, some errors may have been printed previously)

DxNetOps Performance Management 23.x
Resolution
This message is misleading. Checking 'view cluster state' in adminTools shows the node still recovering. Also tailing the vertica.log on the node in question showing the node is still recovering as well. Let the node continue to recover and eventually it should come back up again
