OPSVASRV: VASRV_INFO.n variables content inconsistent after CAVARSRV restart

Issue/Introduction

 After CAVARSRV task restart, it could happen that the VARSRV_INFO.n variables content returned to OPSVASRV function lose the information about the last change of the Permanent Sysplex variables GLVPLXP*.

In fact, after the Task restart,  the Created date/time will be correctly showed as the Update date/time in the OPSVIEW Menu option 4.8, but trying to query for the same information via VARSRV_INFO.n variables through a rexx, only N/A is returned. 

Resolution

Common Services 15.0 GA PTF LU13000 will fix this problem.
