Modern Project Task ETC Update Changes Task Finish Dates / Bypasses Classic Resource Termination Date Logic

Issue/Introduction

The Total ETC update changes the task finish date and is not consistent with the Classic ETC update, where it honors and accounts for the resource termination date. 

Steps To Reproduce

1. On the Project > Task Assignments > Add a resource with a termination date , e.g.
term date=JUNE 28 2024
2. Update the ETC Total which is View Options > Totals > Sum of Periods, e.g.
ETC = 300
3. Review the behavior that is inconsistent with the Classic.

Expected: The finish date should reflect that of the resource's term date
The Modern should behave as Classic behaves (as it has segments).

Actual: The ETC total is spread out and the task finish date is pushed past the resource's term date.
