Task Workspace Total Field Not Populated/Blank Nor Displaying

Issue/Introduction

The Actuals, ETC, and Total Effort displayed on Modern Project > Task module shows the Totals when it is enabled, however
when attempting to enable the same in the Task Workspace, it does not show.

Resolution

For tasks, even in the Tasks Module on investments, the 'Total Row' will not show aggregations for the SCALAR fields.
There are no (time-scaled value) TSV fields on the Task Level as of yet, to aggregate these scalar fields because scalar fields
do not use the unit of measure from the Modern, but rather from the hours or days from the Classic administration settings.

This is not a defect and therefore would need to be an enhancement request to add the TSV fields on the Tasks Module.
