Issue/Introduction

How do we set up LDAPS for our on-prem 10.8 APM environment?

Tried the following link: Securing Introscope using LDAP (broadcom.com)

Resolution

Caused by: com.wily.introscope.spec.server.beans.usermgmt.UserMgmtException: Unable to find user "<name>" because simple bind failed:<server>:3269
at com.wily.authentication.

Points to a cert issue 

Need to import the root cert to jre/lib/security/cacerts
