The buttons are greyed out for the Routing Rules in CCS

Issue/Introduction

In the CCS Console in the routing rules section, the 'Up', 'Down', and 'Change Priority' buttons are greyed out, and there is no checkmark box at the beginning of the row for a routing rule.

CCS 12.6.X

Resolution

There can be multiple resolutions to this issue.

1. Make sure you have only one row selected.  If you have multiple rows the Edit, Change Priority, Up and Down options along the top will be greyed out.
   
   
   
2. Right-clicking on the routing rule row will also allow you to select the options for the routing rule.
   
   
   
3. If the checkbox column is missing from the Manage Routing Rules window for each routing rule, refresh the Manage Routing Rules window (F5) until the column appears.  (You may have to refresh multiple times for it to become visible)
