How to delete Escalation Policy Schedules

Issue/Introduction

In Escalation Policy - Escalation Schedules there is no button to delete the Schedule. Can you please share steps how to delete Schedules manually.

Environment

SOIMGR 4.2 CU5

Resolution

To delete the Schedule, you need to go to tools -> Schedule Editor

You will see the Schedule there and if you select the schedule with the Schedule Type as Business Hours, at the bottom Escalation Polices tab will show which policy is using it.

You need to go to the Escalation policy remove the association with the schedule you want to delete before you can use the Delete option
