Advanced Reporting Simple Type Schedules are changed when Daylight Savings is observed

Issue/Introduction

Steps To Reproduce:-

• Login to Clarity. Navigate to Advanced Reporting.
• Right Click on a Report and Click on Schedule and then "Create Schedule".
• On the Schedule Tab, select "Recurrence Type" as "Simple" and Select the Time zone as "Eastern Standard Time".
• Set the start date as a specific date and set a specific time as "9:00 AM".
• Set the parameters and schedule.
• Validate the execution time when DST starts or Ends.
  
  Expected Results :- The Report Execution time doesn't change.
  Actual Results :- Report executes late by an hour or early by an hour.

Resolution

As a workaround you need to use the Calendar type recurrence type and set the report execution time. This will ensure that DST doesn't impact the execution time of the report.
