Does DX UIM send feedback or data to broadcom using telemetry

If yes, can this be disabled?

UIM 20.4.x /23.4

Resolution

Setting esdplatelemetryconfig.upload_enabled_flag to false in uimesdplatelemetry webapp stops sharing the usage data report to Broadcom and customer needs to share these reports manually as mentioned in below techdoc link.
