Unable to see additional menu options in Rally Capacity Plan

Issue/Introduction

A user has been granted planner permissions to Rally Capacity Planning but still can not see the extra menu options to Edit, Copy, Delete and Publish; the only menu option available is Export.

Cause

This can happen if using a bookmark to access the Plan because the URL is different for published capacity plans versus draft capacity plans.

 

Resolution

If you are accessing it from the list of capacity plans, then it should take you to the right place.  But if you are using a bookmark, then you may be unintentionally going into the published plan only.
