THE RETURN CODE WAS 00.

Yet the SAMPJCL(AAX80APM) job receives the message:
GIM35904I    PREREQUISITE SYSMOD LU02698 WAS MISSING.

Resolution

That is not applying the PTF, it's adding the PRODXML entry for the PTF.
The PRODXML is used by Sysview Essentials for PTF Analysis
