Issue/Introduction

CA 7 r12.0 drops support on March 15, 2025.  This document describes the steps for upgrade from r12.0 to r12.1.

Resolution

The supplementary document is not a replacement for the CA 7 r12.1 upgrading document.   Use the attached document in conjunction with Suggested Upgrade Path   located in the CA 7 Workload Automation 12.1 documentation.
