MUX Hierarchy pagination does not work

Issue/Introduction

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Administration > Studio > Objects > Project object
2. Create a custom attribute linked to the Rally projects lookup
3. MUX > Add the attribute to the project grid
4. Add the Integration Mappings to the project grid too and fill it in.
5. Run the Import Integration Mappings job
6. Create a Hierarchy and add projects where the Integration Mappings is filled in
7. Navigate through the Hierarchy pagination. You can move through the different pages
8. Deactivate some of the projects that are part of the hierarchy
9. Navigate through the Hierarchy pagination.

Expected Results: You can move through the different pages
Actual results: You can move through the different pages until you find a project that was deactivated At this stage you get pushed back to the first page 

Cause

This si caused by DE79357

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.2.2
