Roadmap scenarios can not be deleted

Issue/Introduction

Roadmap scenarios can not be deleted if an attachment type attribute exists on the roadmap item object

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Administration > Studio > Objects > Roadmap Item object 
2. Create an attribute of type attachment 
3. Create a roadmap/roadmap scenario with roadmap items
4. Configure Time Slices through classic for one of the TSV attributes belonging to rdm_roadmap_item ( for e.g capacity )
5. In one or more roadmap items upload a file to the attachment attribute created in step 1.
6. Run the 'Time Slicing' job so to generate time slice values
7. Go to Roadmaps > In scenario drop-down > Manage -> select the scenario created in Step3 > Delete

Expected Results: Scenario is deleted
Actual Results: Delete call is blocked and the scenario is not deleted.

This is caused by DE79493

Resolution

This is fixed in 16.2.2
