"Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect" message displayed when opening Oneclick java console

Issue/Introduction

With the new version 23.3.x, we now had to use the OpenWebstart application as the launcher for the Oneclick Java console.

When launched at first, the following message appears repeatedly:

We then learned that we had to delete the C:\windows\sun directory on every machine, and really that worked fine, no more useless questions when starting the client.

However, this directory is recreated again after a while, so the startup process asks again and again.

Environment

Spectrum 23.3.x

Cause

In this case, an old Oracle Java installation was present in the machines.

Resolution

After uninstalling Oracle Java, the "sun\java" directory is no more being created and the problem was solved
